By accessing or using Alt Text Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Alt Text Pro provides AI-powered image analysis to generate descriptive alternative text for images. Service availability and credit limits depend on your chosen plan.

3. Credits and Payments

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Payment transactions are handled securely through Lemon Squeezy's payment infrastructure.

• Free Credits: 10 permanent credits granted upon registration.
• Subscription: Monthly Pro plan provides 1,000 credits per month. Credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• Credit Packs: One-time purchases are permanent and do not expire.
• Refunds: Due to the direct costs of AI processing, refunds are generally not provided once credits have been consumed. For unconsumed purchases, refund requests can be made within 14 days of purchase.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to upload images that are unlawful, harmful, or infringe upon any third-party rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these standards.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process these images solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. AI Generated Content

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated text may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the generated alt text before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.
